The RS605 Single and Skyloader form a perfectly matched pair, combining a high-performance five-axis machining centre with a pallet store with integrated handler. The RS605 Single SL five-axis machining centre with the optional Hedelius Skyloader pallet store is an entry-level system for low-labour production. Pallets are loaded from the left side of the machine, ensuring unrestricted access to the machine workspace for setup and inspection tasks or one-off machining for special jobs. Workpiece clamping and unclamping in the integrated pallet setup area are performed in parallel with the main cycle. In combination with the optional standby magazine, this results in a production centre with outstanding productivity.
