The Hedelius Skyloader pallet stores feature an integrated handling system and setup area and are the automation solution for medium and large series production. They are ideal for automatic workpiece loading with the RS505 Single SL and RS605 Single SL series of five-axis machining centres. A special feature of this solution is the positioning of the loader on the left side of the machine, leaving the machine workspace fully accessible for setup and inspection tasks or one-off machining for special jobs. The ergonomically designed setup area allows loading to take place in parallel with the main cycle, thereby minimising idle times.
