CNC machine tools made in Germany
In order to uphold the traditional quality of CNC machine tools made in Germany, HEDELIUS Maschinenfabrik pursues an ongoing programme of investment in the latest production and assembly methods. For instance, the total volume of investments in 2008 was more than 9 million euros. Most of this went into equipping our production facilities with modern CNC machine tools to enable us to manufacture key components, such as machine beds and carriages, to the highest standards of accuracy and economy.
Modular CNC machining centresThanks to our ingenious modular system for CNC machining centres, we can configure a machining centre tailored to almost every specific need. A large number of accessories can be integrated easily and economically into every 3-axis or 5-axis machining centre, including NC rotary tables, 3D probes for workpiece measurement, laser beam systems for tool measurement, and hydraulic clamping systems for actuating clamping fixtures. All of these machines can be demonstrated live with clamped parts, so you can personally evaluate the performance capabilities of our CNC machine tools. |
