The C 80 series

The C 80 machining centre series contains all the features expected from a HEDELIUS CNC machine, that is - high reliability, cutting performance, sturdiness, accuracy and ease of operation. The C 80 machining centres are manufactured in five lengths, ranging from 1800 to 6500 mm. The machines can be equipped with high-torque air-cooled or water-cooled motor spindles that run at 8000, 12000, 14000 or 18000 rpm; to efficiently match the machining requirements of your components.

The standard machining centre is equipped with a 30 position tool magazine while the Magnum has a capacity of 56 tools. All the high-quality C 80 series CNC machines are impressive and offer outstanding performance and efficient swarf removal. Swarf falls directly into a swarf conveyer which can be selected to output material on either the left or right hand side of the machine. We complete the C series portfolio with an extensive selection of accessories, such as: NC rotary indexing tables, hydraulic chucks, 3-D tracer systems, micro lubrication, work area cleaning system and much more.

The P version of the machining centres gives greater clearance between the spindle nose and the machine table and can be equipped with custom chucks or a swivel bridge.
