The RS 505 series
The performance and accuracy of the RS 50 series are the result of direct measuring instruments on all five axes and directly driven A and C axes. Digital FORMINGSTAR® drives for 3D machining and spindle speeds up to 18000 rpm create the ideal conditions for HSC simultaneous machining. With a 20-tool or 32-tool magazine, even complex workpieces can be produced economically in shuttle mode. Regardless of the type of job – one-off, small-lot, or medium-lot production – the HEDELIUS RS 50 delivers perfect results every time.
