The RS 80 series

The RS 80K five-axis machining centres from HEDELIUS offers five-axis simultaneous machining combined with an extra-large supplementary workspace. The interpolation-free, collinear arrangement of the Z axis guarantees extremely high precision, especially with oblique bores and close-tolerance fits.

Besides increased accuracy, the ROTASwing® 5-axis machining centres simplifies workpiece cleaning by positioning the machine table vertically. The ROTASwing® K versions provide precision in batch production. Depending on the machining task, the clamping surface (sixth side) can be produced in the three-axis machining space and full machining can then be performed in the adjoining five-axis machining space in pendulum mode.
