Batches from one up to several thousand work pieces can be machined with extreme economy using the Skyworker from HEDELIUS. A modern, high-performance, precise 5-axis machining centre can achieve this versatility when equipped with a 4-pallet magazine. The pallets can be changed over in the machine‘s working area within seconds. Clamping devices that are needed regularly are stored in association with their pallets, and can be inserted into the pallet magazine without any further setting-up work. A list of pallets and zero-points can quickly be prepared, to support the manufacturing process.
