01 Company

In 2023 alone, HEDELIUS invested a total of nearly €670,000 in measures to reduce energy consumption and the use of fossil fuels. Amongst others the purchase of charging points and a solar power system (330 kW).

02 Machining Centres

Our machining centres are equipped with the ECO MODE energy-saving function as standard. With this function, all standby consumers that are not required when the machine is idle can be switched off automatically or manually.

03 Tooling optimization

There are various ways to reduce the amount of energy used per good part: Zero-point clamping technology, large tool magazines, measuring in the machine and work area partition for oscillation mode.

04 Automation

With the right solution, manufacturing processes become fundamentally more efficient, more productive and less prone to errors. The upshot is a reduction in resource consumption, lower emissions and less stress on employees.

05 Service

High-quality components and a first-class, flexible service form the foundations for the exceptional long service lives of HEDELIUS machining centres. Utilisation periods of 20 years or more are not uncommon with a HEDELIUS.
