Customer service

With fast on-site service and guaranteed machine availability of 95 %, we set a standard in German machine tool engineering. HEDELIUS customers have a free service hotline with competent and qualified service engineers at their disposal. With the new HEDELIUS Service App, customers can quickly and easily request service, an inspection or spare parts directly from the machine. The nationwide network of service technicians ensures rapid assistance in the event of a fault. In our central warehouse there are over 2000 spare parts in stock.

Our goal: guaranteeing and optimising the productivity of machining production and the delivery capability of our customers in the long term.
