Tool control panel for TILTENTA and FORTE machining centres

 

All TILTENTA and FORTE machining centres can be optionally equipped with a tool control panel directly at the tool storage and retrieval station. The control panel (illustration shows the touch control panel for Heidenhain TNC 640) allows the machine operator to quickly and conveniently install and replace tools and helps to avoid errors, as tool data such as length and diameter can be entered and checked directly at the loading opening point. The new tool management software also allows you to select several tools. This makes installation and replacement even faster.
