With an impressive 1,100 mm Y travel path, the TILTENTA-11 series from HEDELIUS is entering new dimensions. The TILTENTA 11-2600 opens up new areas of application in the machining of single parts and series in machine, tool and vehicle construction. Whether for machining long workpieces or 5-side complete processing with an integrated NC rotary table - the TILTENTA crossover concept releases many tasks. The combination of a continuously swivelling main spindle and a long machine table with integrated NC rotary table allows the mixed production of large workpieces and precise 5-axis machining in one machine.

Steingross Feinmechanik GmbH & Co. KG specialises in the manufacture of sophisticated CNC-turned and CNC-milled components – from prototypes through to series production. From 15 to 19 September 2026, HEDELIUS Maschinenfabrik GmbH will be presenting three automation solutions at the AMB in Stuttgart, designed to meet a range of requirements in single-part and small series production. The focus is on productive manufacturing concepts that maximise spindle running time, reduce set-up time and give manufacturing companies greater flexibility in handling changing orders. A particular highlight is the premiere of the new MARATHON LR810 heavy-duty automation system. The systems can be seen in action in Hall 10, Stand D71.
