The first HEDELIUS swivelling spindle machining centre with in-house automation solution: the TILTENTA 7-2000 NEO in combination with the MARATHON SR415. This powerful unit enables maximum machining output through the flexible production of a wide range of workpieces. The TILTENTA 7 NEO series comprises our most compact swivelling spindle machining centres. With generous travel paths of 700 mm in the Y-axis and 735 mm in the Z-axis, it offers plenty of space for a wide range of machining operations. In combination with the MARATHON SR415, the TILTENTA 7 NEO can also produce small to medium series unmanned at night or at the weekend. The pallet magazine positioned on the side offers 15 spaces for components with a diameter of up to 700 mm, a clamping height of 500 mm and a weight of up to 470 kg.

Steingross Feinmechanik GmbH & Co. KG specialises in the manufacture of sophisticated CNC-turned and CNC-milled components – from prototypes through to series production. From 15 to 19 September 2026, HEDELIUS Maschinenfabrik GmbH will be presenting three automation solutions at the AMB in Stuttgart, designed to meet a range of requirements in single-part and small series production. The focus is on productive manufacturing concepts that maximise spindle running time, reduce set-up time and give manufacturing companies greater flexibility in handling changing orders. A particular highlight is the premiere of the new MARATHON LR810 heavy-duty automation system. The systems can be seen in action in Hall 10, Stand D71.
