The RoboJob Mill-Assist series offers you a versatile selection of standard solutions for the automation of HEDELIUS machining centres. The systems differ in terms of dimensions, capacity, workpiece length and robot load capacity and can therefore be optimally adapted to your requirements. All variants are characterised by user-friendliness, compact design and good accessibility. Each automation is equipped with extensive standard functions that can be operated quickly and easily - without any robot knowledge. Thanks to the intuitive control unit, you can start production immediately.
The newly developed tower combines maximum capacity with minimum space requirements. It is available in three heights and offers an impressive storage area of up to 14 m². Thanks to the intelligent hatch and a central lift, internal logistics are faster, easier and more reliable than ever. The new E-Grip automatically changes jaws, collet chucks, devices or complete gripper sets - completely without operator intervention. In addition, the tower offers the highest load capacity in its class, setting new standards in automated production.

From 15 to 19 September 2026, HEDELIUS Maschinenfabrik GmbH will be presenting three automation solutions at the AMB in Stuttgart, designed to meet a range of requirements in single-part and small series production. The focus is on productive manufacturing concepts that maximise spindle running time, reduce set-up time and give manufacturing companies greater flexibility in handling changing orders. A particular highlight is the premiere of the new MARATHON LR810 heavy-duty automation system. The systems can be seen in action in Hall 10, Stand D71.
