Press release:

HEDELIUS receives crefozert for the tenth time in a row.

HEDELIUS Maschinenfabrik GmbH, based in Meppen, has once again been awarded the Creditreform CrefoZert credit rating certificate. This is the tenth time in succession that Creditreform has confirmed the company's excellent economic situation and high creditworthiness. HEDELIUS continues to fulfil the demanding criteria required for the renewal of the certificate without restriction.

Since the company was founded in 1967 - originally as a manufacturer of woodworking machines - HEDELIUS has consistently specialised in the development and production of vertical CNC travelling column machining centres. The broad product portfolio includes machines with three, four and five axes as well as automation solutions for single parts and small series production. HEDELIUS customers come from sectors such as special machine construction, agricultural machinery technology, the textile industry, air and space travel, vehicle construction and packaging technology.

More than 240 engineers, software developers, mechatronics engineers and mechanics are continuously working to further increase the performance, efficiency and reliability of the CNC machining centres and thus sustainably improve cost-effectiveness in single parts and small series production.

The mechanical processing of all essential assemblies and machine elements - from the machine bed to the rotating/swivelling table - takes place in the company's own machining plant at the Meppen site, which covers around 1,800 square metres. State-of-the-art 5-axis machining centres are used there, with which workpieces weighing up to 30 tonnes and lengths of up to twelve metres can be precisely manufactured. In recent years, HEDELIUS has continuously increased the proportion of in-house production.

With the renewed award from CrefoZert, HEDELIUS Maschinenfabrik GmbH emphasises its sustainable economic stability and high financial performance. The company is thus one of the approximately two per cent of economically significant companies in Germany that are certified due to their exceptionally good creditworthiness. This is based on an excellent balance sheet rating and a consistently first-class credit rating structure.

Certification is based on a professional analysis of the annual financial statements by Creditreform Rating AG, a BaFin-certified subsidiary of Creditreform AG. This is supplemented by credit report data and a review of the current situation, including future prospects, in order to assess possible credit risks. HEDEILUS Maschinenfabrik GmbH fulfilled all the criteria to a particularly high degree.

Managing director Dennis Hempelmann emphasises: "The renewed award of the CrefoZert confirms our long-term solid course. It is important for our customers, partners and employees to be able to rely on the economic stability of HEDELIUS. We see the fact that we have now received this certificate for the tenth time in a row as confirmation of our work and as an obligation to continue on this path."

"With the CrefoZert, we want to offer companies a way of documenting their own creditworthiness to customers, suppliers, banks and - against the background of the growing shortage of skilled labour - also to employees and applicants," says Christian Bolte, Managing Director of Creditreform Leer. "In times of fluctuating capital markets and stricter requirements for equity and liquidity guidelines under Basel III, healthy companies are all the more important. Here, the CrefoZert offers an excellent opportunity for transparent financial communication."

The certificate is valid for one year, provided that the award criteria are met. The current status is available at www.creditreform.de/crefozert.

More news.

In modern CNC production, no two jobs are the same: Today prismatic 3-axis machining, tomorrow complex 5-axis components and then the machining of shafts, tubes or mouldings. With the FORTE 65 with rotating/swivelling table, HEDELIUS offers a machining centre that adapts quickly and efficiently to changing requirements for maximum productivity and safety.

The GEWO Feinmechanik GmbH & Co. KG relies on the 3-axis machining centre FORTE 85 Single 1620 from HEDELIUS for the production of high-precision components. The decisive factors for the investment were the high machine stability, the large Y travel path and the compact design of the CNC milling machine. In daily use, the FORTE 85 impresses with its precise machining results, high level of user-friendliness and economical production, even with difficult-to-machine materials. GEWO also reports productivity increases of 15 to 20 per cent and emphasises the partnership-based cooperation with HEDELIUS.

With the TILTENTA MILLTURN, HEDELIUS is opening a milling and turning machining centre on the market for the first time that combines both machining steps in one machine, thus enabling a continuous manufacturing process. Instead of having to reclamp workpieces several times or switch between different machines, the entire machining process takes place in one stable clamping, which simplifies processes and reduces sources of error. Find out how the concept works in detail, what possibilities arise in practice and for which applications the MILLTURN is particularly suitable.
