Despite the coronavirus crisis, HEDELIUS Maschinenfabrik believes it is well positioned so that both product developments and investments in infrastructure can continue as planned. For example, the company is currently expanding its office capacity by 650 square metres at its headquarters in Meppen. The new premises are expected to be completed in the autumn and will primarily serve as a modern working environment for sales, marketing and customer service.
In product development, HEDELIUS is currently expanding the automation of its CNC machining centres in order to offer customers optimal technical solutions for highly flexible, efficient and precise production. "Through this, we want to continue our growth course over the past few years," states Managing Director Dennis Hempelmann. "To continue providing good advice to our customers, we are currently offering virtual machine demonstrations via live stream. The reception has been strong so far. We are currently able to present 14 machining centres and four automation solutions for our compact ACURA machines live and in detail to customers and interested parties. Virtual via live stream with one of our CNC experts. However, we also welcome any'live' visits to our demonstration centre in Meppen. This option is available in compliance with all applicable hygiene regulations."
