HEDELIUS and VITRONIC - precision meets vision!

Where the finest optics are produced in a clean room on one side, chips are flying on the other: at VITRONIC in Wiesbaden, high-tech meets craftsmanship. Known for innovative traffic technology - including "speed cameras" that ensure greater safety - the company develops intelligent systems that are used worldwide in logistics, industry and road traffic.

For maximum precision in production, VITRONIC opens the door to the TILTENTA 7-2600 NEO from HEDELIUS - a machine that produces individual and small series flexibly, economically and in top quality. The result: modern production that is already thinking about tomorrow.

Further information

VITRONIC: Machine vision systems with vision.

VITRONIC from Wiesbaden was founded in 1984 and is a pioneer in the transport sector in particular. They are currently represented on four continents with their image processing systems. The company is a hidden champion in its sector thanks to its intelligent traffic guidance systems and devices for official speed detection - better known as "speed cameras". Even though these devices are not particularly popular, they have been proven to improve road safety - and reduce road deaths.

VITRONIC plays a key role in the development and manufacturer of traffic control systems. In addition to the main transport sector, VITRONIC's technologies can also be found in other industries. The image processing systems are used in logistics to record address data on parcels or to inspect weld seams in automotive production.

Extremely precise, reliable and flexible machines are required to ensure the accuracy of these products - the TILTENTA 7-2600 NEO proves its capabilities.

Focus on quality, accuracy and repeatability.

"In the measurement technology range in particular, it is extremely important that we can rely on quality, accuracy and repeatability. This is a huge quality requirement that we also have for our products. And we feel that we are in good hands with the machine and also with the HEDELIUS company. The TILTENTA 7-2600 NEO that we bought is extremely important for us because it can produce individual series cost-effectively and flexibly, but it can also produce small series of 100 to 200 units economically for us."

The TILTENTA 7-2600 NEO enables oscillation mode. The HEDELIUS engineers have made sure that the external volume of the machine is not oversized. The working range is crucial. This includes a zero point clamping system as well as an automatic door opening system. In the end, the operator must be happy and motivated at his workplace. Just like Lukas Seibel: "The installation space is absolutely superb, the lighting conditions are great, you can always see something. I'm very happy with it."

Production expansion possible thanks to pallet automation.

The TILTENTA 7-2600 NEO - as it now stands in the production hall - can still be expanded, explains Björn Heine, HEDELIUS Meppen's first contact person for VITRONIC Wiesbaden: "For even more flexibility, for example during the night shift, the machine could also be equipped with pallet automation to expand production."

For Production Manager Ingo Vollenberg, this is an optional feature that he definitely sees for the future. Both experts are in regular contact with each other for this and all other questions and ideas: precision meets vision!
