Powerful milling performance

The ACURA 85 EL enables Meag AG to machine workpieces in sizes of up to 600 x 500 x 650 mm. Working as a team, the two high-performance machining centres guarantee powerful milling performance with high process reliability.

STANDBY Magazin

Both machining centres also have a 260-slot HSK63 tool magazine. The large number of tool positions is possible thanks to the addition of two STANDBY Magazines. This reduces the changeover time to just a few seconds.

Set-up parallel to machining

Two storage/retrieval stations and 74 pallet storage positions allow flexible 5-axis machining for high machining output. Large and heavy workpieces can be set up with ease parallel with machining via the loading station.

Side loading flap

Because the high-performance machining centre is loaded from the side, the work area remains accessible from the front for set-up and inspection work, meaning urgent jobs can be added in at short notice.
