Our HEDELIUS in-house exhibition on 22 and 23 April 2026 was a complete success. Together with numerous visitors, committed employees and strong partners, we were able to experience two inspiring days in our technology centre. Live demonstrations of modern CNC machining, innovative automation solutions, exciting technical presentations and personal dialogue on site provided many valuable impulses and practical insights. HEDELIUS in-house exhibition 2026 Aftermovie: CNC machining, automation and chipping in Meppen

The HEDELIUS in-house exhibition 2026 in Meppen was once again a highlight for the machining industry this year. The aftermovie shows the best moments from two days full of technology, exchange and innovation.

In our technology centre , the event became a meeting place for trade visitors from the mechanical engineering and manufacturing technology sectors. The focus was on live machine demonstrations, personal discussions with our application engineers and direct exchanges with partners.

A particular highlight was the live demonstrations on 13 high-performance CNC machining centres. The programme was complemented by a trade exhibition with over 30 partner companies and a varied lecture programme with practical insights into the latest developments in CNC machining and automation.

Steingross Feinmechanik GmbH & Co. KG specialises in the manufacture of sophisticated CNC-turned and CNC-milled components – from prototypes through to series production. Founded in Berlin in 1990 by Uwe Steingross, the company sees itself as a comprehensive system supplier of CNC machining technology and combines modern milling and turning processes with surface treatment, precision finishing, final assembly and design consultancy. Since 2019, Steingross has been relying heavily on HEDELIUS as a technology partner – including for the automation of its manufacturing processes.

MARATHON LR810 automates the machining of large workpieces with up to 10 pallet positions and 1,650 kg workpiece weight – flexibly and productively.

From 15 to 19 September 2026, HEDELIUS Maschinenfabrik GmbH will be presenting three automation solutions at the AMB in Stuttgart, designed to meet a range of requirements in single-part and small series production. The focus is on productive manufacturing concepts that maximise spindle running time, reduce set-up time and give manufacturing companies greater flexibility in handling changing orders. A particular highlight is the premiere of the new MARATHON LR810 heavy-duty automation system. The systems can be seen in action in Hall 10, Stand D71.
