The ACURA 85 is characterised by a rotating/swivelling table with bearings on both sides, which guarantees maximum stability and precision when chipping. With its large travel paths of 900 x 850 x 700 mm (x/y/z), it is ideal for machining large and heavy parts. Despite its performance, the machine impresses with its compact design with a low overall height and low overall depth, which saves space in your chipping area. The ACURA 85 MARATHON can be loaded automatically using HEDELIUS pallet automation.

(PDF | DE) Machining large workpieces flexibly whilst reducing unproductive downtime: The TILTENTA 9-2600 with MARATHON LR810 combines the advantages of a universal travelling-column machine with high-performance heavy-duty automation. During the day, the machine remains freely accessible for the manual machining of large and complex single parts, whilst the automation system enables additional productive spindle hours outside regular shifts. Up to ten pallet locations and a transfer weight of 2,000 kg provide the ideal conditions for this.

From 15 to 19 September 2026, HEDELIUS Maschinenfabrik GmbH will be presenting three automation solutions at the AMB in Stuttgart, designed to meet a range of requirements in single-part and small series production. The focus is on productive manufacturing concepts that maximise spindle running time, reduce set-up time and give manufacturing companies greater flexibility in handling changing orders.
