We have been successfully using video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams for over two years. Our sales representatives and in-house consultants are accustomed to advising plenty of customers online in individual or group meetings on this platform. However, the images and presentations used for the purposes of explanation do not always convey the full quality and performance of our 3- and 5-axis machining centres.
As such, we have invested in professional camera and editing technology and now offer bespoke live streaming events, all with a view to demonstrating important aspects such as ergonomics, usability, dynamics and space requirements.
Experienced in-house consultants and applications engineers answer any questions you may have about the set-up and functionality of the machines and address queries relating to control and applications technology using a real demonstration machine. A live feed with fixed and mobile cameras allows you to follow our experts in and around the machine.
In the process, we can address specific questions, open flaps or demonstrate programs – whatever you need. We can even transmit live images from inside the machine, thanks to our cameras installed within the machine workspace of certain models.
In our efforts to cover as wide a range of machining centres as possible, over recent months we have equipped our demonstration centre with even more machines and automation systems. At present, the centre boasts fourteen 3- and 5-axis machining centres and four automation solutions.
